Hot Bride ~ How to spend all day and all night

For months, have you thought of every detail of this fabulous day and you’ve always wanted to look like the hot bride for your new partner in life.

 For many beautiful brides it is the first time they hold such an important event. Budgeting seating plans, the travel arrangements for rehearsal, you are done.

One thing that is often forgotten is how you succeed in getting up to dance until dawn and still be a hot bride?

This is YOUR day, and everyone asks you to be at your best, energetic, smiling, dancing and mingling with all the guests.

Here are some tips on how to sustain your energy from early morning to the very important “wedding night”.

• Make sure you have a great breakfast: a high quality protein (as part of whey protein mood) will give you a great start to this long day.

• Snack frequently. Make sure your snacks are well balanced with the right amount of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. A balanced meal to maintain your insulin levels from going up and down. This not only prevents you from having a sugar high or low, but it also helps balance your emotional state as well.

• Have a good breakfast, but keep it light. Same basic rule for snacks. Eat a well balanced meal that will fuel your body. Think of it as putting premium gasoline in your car for better mileage. You want to go that extra mile on your wedding day (and night!) Today is the day to think about weight loss and / or skip meals.

• Before dinner snack ~ last. Consider another protein shake before the ceremony / pictures / dinner. You may not be able to get fuel much at once the whole event gets underway. Another protein shake will sustain you until dinner. The idea is not to die of hunger at lunchtime either. You do not want to be seen shoveling your food in your mouth. Not a cool look hot bride! And you do not want to eat too much or too fast and get bloated. A sign of quality is high in nutrition and low in calories. Again, you want to be fuel efficient.

Enjoy your day. Eating balanced meals and snacks will not only ensure that your stomach growls when you say I do, but also help you remain calm.

Good nutrition is also important to physical health it is great to emotional health. Nibbling on your meal at dinner, do not eat the cake, and drink responsibly.

At the end of the night, take a cleansing tea. This will help prevent any toxins you may have over indulged to be published which could leave you feeling like something the cat dragged in the next morning, rather than the million dollar wedding you’re hot.

The next day, though the wedding day is over, the festivities may be underway.

Looking your best for the family and friends will always be important to you, you should be feeling sick at heart, have another clean tea in the morning with a protein shake. It’s your best restaurant. And it will ensure that you will be remembered as the bride hot, you were always new.
